Yes, we should be due for the Cons' annual declaration that they'll get around to regulating greenhouse gas emissions from the tar sands, just not this year....right about now.

With Tar Sands production on track to triple over the next decade, the need for regulation and reduction of emissions is urgent. So far, only Premier McGuinty has shown any leadership on this issue by refusing to endorse the Tar Sands as responsible and sustainable at the Energy Ministers Conference in July.
