A misplaced focus

A quick thought on the "Minister of Curry in a Hurry" designation which the Cons have apparently bestowed on Jason Kenney. Isn't the problem less the precise nickname chosen for Kenney, and more the fact that even the Cons recognize that Kenney's work involves wining and dining target groups rather than carrying out his ministerial responsibilities?
