It has come to our attention that we may have come to power on a platform of "whistleblower protection". This was a typo: our plan was instead to pursue "whistleblower prosecution". Don't you dare tell anybody about the error.
I loved this bit:"The trust that the public, our partners and elected officials have in us is the cornerstone of our democratic functions."--So for God's sake don't go around TELLING anybody about how we actually do things, they'll NEVER trust us then.
Indeed. Far be it from Harper or his government to actually try to earn any trust when they can just threaten to jail anybody who points out they've failed to do so.
