raises some additional questions about Stephen Harper's latest
position on the timing of any move toward a coalition government. But once again, I'd think the overriding question is the fact that Harper's quibble is with timing at all: isn't the concession that a majority in Parliament does have the right to determine the composition of Canada's government itself enough to utterly demolish the Cons' regular spin that single-party seat counts are the sole measure of legitimacy?
