It's true enough that the Sask Party's
refusal to allow NDP MLAs to introduce Terry Parker in the Legislature makes for a rather glaring breach of the usual procedures in the assembly. But I have to wonder whether it also raises a major filibustering opportunity for the NDP: wouldn't a rotating system of MLAs requesting and being denied leave to introduce guests make for an entirely appropriate means of running out the clock on Bill 80 in particular?
