Paul Krugman's
climate change primer may offer up a reminder as to how surprising it is that an economist who buys entirely into the view that "the market" has to come first has carved out a niche as the furthest-left view accepted in the American political mainstream. But while there's some reason to question that part of Krugman's article, it's otherwise well worth a read in assessing the risks and costs of failing to deal with greenhouse gas emissions now.
