I don't hold anybody responsible for that. It is what it is...So keeping in mind that Wall doesn't think any responsibility exists for a $1.3 billion hole in the province's budget, who wants to put their money on the Sask Party accurately estimating the costs or benefits of any of their policies?

Evading responsibility
In case there was any doubt, Brad Wall lets us all know his party's philosophy when it comes to accountability for such trifling errors as budgeting based on potash revenues three times what they'll actually be:
